    I am so pissed going on three weeks and Spectrum Internet still does not
    have my service working right. 5 modems and 5 routers later and still not
    fixed. Close but still not right.

    I tried to make it right by buying a used modem and router and of course
    it doesn't work, so now it is off to buy a new modem with a router next
    week.

    Now mind you this is about only half the story it would take up 3 or 4 pages
    to go through all that was said and not done right.

    Oh then last night got a email that stated I owe 80.00 dollars for the
    service call for the crap modem and router they are giving me to use.

    Big brother and big corperate America, all talk a good line with no
    back up!
